***WE HAVE EXPERIENCED MANY SEVERE BACKORDER DELAYS HERE AT WCG WHICH HAVE CAUSED PRINTING DELAYS-2XL-4XL SIZES ARE THE WORST WITH LONGEST DELAYS IN ALL COLORS/STYLES***

THIS HAS CAUSED EXTREME BACKUPS IN OUR PRINTING AND IT HAS CRUSHED ANY AND ALL TIMEFRAMES WE HAD. THINGS ARE TAKING FAR LONGER THAN EVER TO PRINT AND SHIP. HOWEVER, INSTEAD OF GIVING UP, WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING THROUGH IT AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN FOR BOTH NEW AND OLD DESIGNS, BUT BECAUSE WE ARE ONLY A 2 MAN TEAM AND EVERYTHING IS HAND PRINTED, THIS TAKES TIME, FAR MORE TIME THAN MOST.

• At Warrior Culture Gear, we are a Custom Design and Print Shop consisting of 2 PEOPLE, Total, in the Whole Company, so All of the Designs and Products we sell are custom designed, produced, printed AND embroidered pieces, which increases the lead time.

• WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY? FOR 11 YEARS all orders are Pre-Sale Orders unless otherwise marked.  This allows us too Print exactly what we need here in our shop. THINGS ARE EXTREMELY BACKED UP, so If Your Order contains a Pre-Order, it WILL NOT be shipped until the Pre-Order is Over and Shipped.
  
  
• WHY IS MY SHIRT LIGHTER/DARKER? Images On Screen are Compositions and the Coloring of the Shirt or the Ink Color MAY appear a shade lighter or darker depending on your monitor. Most Are Exact Matches and Finished Products will not be Far Off and are the colors they are intended to be.
  
  
• WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE? Here at WCG we Typically use Next Level Apparel HOWEVER after the issues with supply there MAY be different Brands used as the others MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE in that Size Or Color. THE PRINT WILL STILL BE THE SAME!
  
  
• DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?   Yes, All The Time and Shipping is $15 For Canada and $20 Everywhere Else. The Reason for these is that we work in Taxes for You which increases shipping cost; however, you may have to pay additional customs fees depending on where you live.
