Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Item must be returned within 14 days to receive refund. We will only issue store credit thereafter. Prior to making an exchange or a return you must notify CustomerService@WarriorCultureGear.com.

EXCHANGES

Items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. Original tags must still be attached (if there are any).

We do not refund shipping costs on returns/exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs, please contact us ASAP. Otherwise, please include a personal check for $4.00 per item addressed to Warrior Culture Gear to cover the cost of us shipping your new item.

If you want to make an exchange, send us an email at CustomerService@WarriorCultureGear.com to confirm product availability. After confirmation of your replacement item from WCG, send your exchange/return to the following address:

If your item is no longer available in your size, you may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value or store credit.

Exchanges on FINAL/LIMITED RUNS are only possible if your damaged item or incorrectly ordered sizes are available. If the items are out of stock, we will exchange your goods for an item of equal or lesser value or store credit.

RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and then we will send you your new item or store credit.

RETURNING/EXCHANGING ITEMS

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be patient while we inspect and ship out your new item--where you live may affect the arrival of your items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**This is a made-to-order/custom product which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for this product.  All Sales are Final.

 *PRINTS AND SHIPS IMMEDIATELY, NO PRE-SALE, HOWEVER IF ORDERED WITH A PRE-SALE OR RE-PRINT FROM THE WCG SHOP IT WILL SHIP SEPARATELY.
